Where do you ship from?
Orders leave from Shandong, China. The shipping fees and delivery estimates on this page apply to the United States. Please contact us before ordering for another destination.
How much is U.S. shipping?
Shipping is $9 USD for orders below $99 USD, and free on orders of $99 USD or more.
When will my order arrive?
Allow 1–3 business days for preparation. After dispatch, U.S. orders travel by China Post ePacket and usually take 10–20 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
How can I track my parcel?
Tracking details are provided after dispatch. If you need help finding them or your parcel seems unusually delayed, email us with your order number.
How is the teaware packaged?
We use our standard premium protective packaging, with care taken to protect the pieces during transit. Please ask us before ordering if you have a specific gift-packaging request.
Choosing & using your teaware
Where can I find the capacity and what is included?
Check the individual product description for capacity in millilitres, material and included pieces. Our White Porcelain Gaiwan is listed at 180 ml and includes a bowl, lid and saucer. Leave space below the rim when brewing.
How do I use a gaiwan?
Add loose tea leaves to the bowl, pour in water suited to your tea, and steep. Tilt the lid slightly to create a small pouring gap, then pour the tea into a pitcher or cup. Use the saucer and handle hot porcelain carefully; let the vessel cool if it is too hot to hold comfortably.
How should I clean and store my teaware?
Gentle handwashing with mild detergent and a soft sponge is recommended. Rinse thoroughly and dry before storing. Avoid abrasive cleaners, knocks and sudden changes in temperature. Follow any material-specific instructions on the product page.
Can I put it in a dishwasher or microwave?
Compatibility depends on the individual piece, glaze and decoration. Only use a dishwasher or microwave when the product description explicitly confirms it is suitable. If unsure, contact us before use.
After-sales care
What if something arrives damaged, incorrect or missing?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once a covered problem is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or an appropriate refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
Can I return an item or cancel my order?
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on U.S. orders, except where required by applicable law. Contact us promptly for a cancellation before packing or dispatch begins. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
