SHULIN Teaware ships from Shandong, China. The rates and delivery estimates below apply to orders delivered to the United States.

Preparing your order

We prepare orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimates below.

United States

• Carrier: China Post ePacket.
• Shipping fee: $9 USD for orders below $99 USD.
• Free standard shipping: orders of $99 USD or more.
• Estimated transit time: 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Tracking and delivery enquiries

Tracking details will be provided when your parcel is dispatched. Delivery dates are estimates; customs clearance, carrier operations and holidays may affect transit time.
